PR30.1 - Standard Time Record
**Form Purpose
Use Standard Time Record (PR30.1) to define standard time records for an
individual employee or an employee group. When employees work the same number
of hours each pay period, such as salaried employees, standard time records
eliminate entering time for every pay cycle by automatically creating time
records for eligible employees.
To be eligible for a standard time record, the employee record must have an
Auto Time Record field value of Standard, Time Group, or Yes.
**Processing Effect
When you run PR134 (Automatic Time Records), the system creates time records
and calculates wages for eligible employees.
For Lawson Benefits system users, if the company has a flex plan, the system
creates standard time records for flex credits the employee receives as pay,
even if their employee record does not have an Auto Time Record field value of
Standard, Time Group, or Yes.
