Activity Billing Rates Header
This file contains billing rate information from the Billing Category Rates
(BR03.1) or the Units of Production Rates (BR03.2). Rates are stored by
attributes or units of prodction. The file maintains the rate schedule name
and description, the billing rate attribute, unit type, and currency code for
an activity. You can print a billing rate listing by running BR203 (Billing
Rate Listing).

Category Rates (BR03.1) or the Units of
Production Rates(BR03.2) . A blank
value in the account category or
summary account category indicates that
the rates are valid for all account
categories associated with the activity.

Element: Source Code The Source Code is established in the BR03.3
Source Code (GL05) and maintained in
Billing Category Rates (BR03.1) or
Units of Production Rates (BR03.2). A
blank value in this field indicates that
the rates are valid for all source
codes related to Activity Management.

Element: Attribute A billing rate attribute must be defined BR03.3
as part of the key for Activity
Management billing transactions. The
attribute is established in MX00.1. The
attribute must have an object type of
ACTRN established.
The attribute must be assigned to the
object type ACTRANS in GL05.1 (Source
Code).
ALR-EFFECTIVE-DT Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd) BR03.1 BR03.2
Element: Effective Dt The effective date is the date the BR03.3
record is first valid. The date is
maintained on the Billing Category Rates
(BR03.1) or Units of Production
(BR03.2).
ALR-UNIT-TYPE Alpha 1 BR03.1 BR03.2
Element: Unit Type This field indicates whether the rate BR03.3
schedule is for hours (time and
materials) or units (units of
production). If the rates are set up in
Billing Category Rates (BR00.1), the
value = H(ours). If the rates are set
up in Units of Production Rates (BR03.2)
the value = U(nits).
U = Units
H = Hours
ALR-CURRENCY-CODE Alpha 5 BR03.1 BR03.2
Element: Currency Code This code represents the currency BR03.3
defined for the activity which is
established in Activity (AC10.1).
ALR-SUM-ACCT-CAT Alpha 5 BR03.1 BR03.2
Element: Sum Acct Cat The summary account category associated BR03.3
with the activity and maintained in
Billing Category Rates (BR03.1) or
Units of Production (BR03.2). A blank
value in the summary account category
or the account category indicates that
the rates are valid for all account
categories associated with the
activity.
