Anyone have a PO21.3 upload map handy?  I'm having issues trying to figure out the HK.

MMD- Component Sequence and AOC Code are particularly head-scratchy to me.

Infor Development helped solve this issue - although they also think there is no way to position to.
To find the HK f166 - go to the PO, click Multi and then use Ctrl+Alt+A (about) to open the xml.
On the menu bar change view to Transaction XML - the field is at the bottom of the list.  If you are loading to multiple POs, you will need to figure out the sequence for the HK - It's 47 character concatenated of f3 - f11.

Not on there is PO Location which turned out to be my missing field.

      So the mapping is:

      _f3:MMD-COMPANY
      _f4:MMD-SYSTEM-CD = PO
      _f5:MMD-DOC-TYPE = PT
      _f6:MMD-DOC-NUMBER = 14 CHARACTER PO NUMBER
      f8 PO Code
      _f9:MMD-LINE-NBR
      _f13:MMD-LOCATION = 5 CHARACTERS FROM PO20 SHIP TO FIELD
      _f36:LINE-FC
       f37:MMD-ACCT-UNIT
       f38:MMD-ACCOUNT
       f39:MMD-SUB-ACCT

YOU WOULD PICK ONE OF THE FOLLOWING AND LEAVE THE OTHER 2 BLANK
       f42:MMD-DIST-PERCENT
       f43:MMD-DIST-AMOUNT
       f44:MMD-DIST-QTY
      f166: HK166

I used the format above for my PO21.3 ADD-In. However, I received the following error message:

Must inquire before using this function code (_f0)

Have you experienced this error, if so, how did you get your upload to work?

        Thanks,

Mine worked as is. Have you tried adding the usual suspects like PO Release? Have you populated the HK166?

The purchase order is released. I found the HK code, by using Ctrl-Alt-A in PO21.3. It was 47-characters. I am still receiving the "Must Inquire First" error message. I feel like I am missing a simple fix.
