All of these errors have a source of LAWSONRD(LAWSON INSIGHT Environment) -
Seems people in our purchasing area are running PO130s at the time of the error messages and are not seeing anything strange on their end.
Error: usernames.c(891): domain\username: run.exe: NetUserGetInfo: Domain [xxxx-xx] Account[username] DomainController[\\XXXX] ErrorCode [5]: Access is denied.
WIN32Error: usernames.c(881): domain\username: run.exe: NetUserGetInfo - Access is denied.
WIN32Error: controller.c(100): domain\username: run.exe: NetGetAnyDCName(DOMAIN) - Access is denied
When I started digging deeper I found that when folks run the PO131 everything works fine for the end-user but there are a ton of Windows event log errors stating:
LoadFromSSOByUserName(D:\NetExpress51\Base\Bin\WIN64\run.exe): Malformed UserName [xxxxxxxxx]
for every user in the log by purchase order.
I have googled and search KBs on Infor - these are things I have tried (and none have worked):
1] give end-user full access to the run.exe above
2] added RUNALL to lajs.cfg
Has anyone seen or dealt with this issue???
