We are trying to use the PO520 to load vendor POs from an external system. We have been testing this process in our test environment without any issues. We moved the process to our production environment and we have an issue with the PO520 running successfully every time. The PO520 will process some of our files in the production environment but not all files. We get the following message in the job log when the job goes into Needs Recovery
Execution error : file '/lawprd/law/prod90/obj/PO520.gnt' error code: 188, pc=0, call=1, seg=0 188 Filename too large
We are using the default location for the PO520 import file ($LAWDIR/prod/work/PO520CSV) and we are using a Filename in the parameter field on PO520 of PO520.csv. We can take one of the files that fails to process in production and it processes without any issues in the test environment. We have also done a pgmdump/load of the PO520 from our test environment to the production environment.
Has anyone run into this issue with the PO520 or any other program? I don't feel like this is a filename issue as the file runs without issues in our test environment. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We have been working with Infor Support and they haven't given us any help as to what may be causing the issue so far.
