If you use the financials and the HR pieces of Lawson, are your GL companies the same as your HR companies   Do you have one one HR company and one GL company or one HR company and multiple GL companies Or multiple of each

we are upgrading our LTM to version 11 ( it is more like a new build). I followed infor Interface creation/setup but still i dont see any records interfacing to S3.  the work unit is showing completed successfully.  I made sure the settings are correct in the configuration setup, Does anyone have a step by step interface guide that they made any suggestion to my issue

Anyone still have a PR11 Box DD Override upload add in template  I'm having issues getting it to go. Sorry I know there was another thread on this but it's pretty old at this point and I'm having issues accessing all the replies.  We applied the patch to get past the message that a query must be done before updating, but I'm getting a message that the upload is complete but 0 rows have been added.  Is there a hidden key or something for uploading to that form   Thanks, Tom

How can I handle situation where I have a manager in a different company but manage some employees in another For example, I have a manager in Company 5 but all his employees are in company 1 in HR11. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

When I went to export our distributed payroll from Infor into our Finance system, I found that Christmas and New Year's Day were both in one General Ledger entry.  How can we make sure that these two days are separate in the GL even when they fall in the same pay period

We have many many PR23 records for every pay code and deduction code for each employee who needs to be distributed. I am wondering if there is a similar form in GL where they could say all transactions going to Dist co = 10 acctg unit 762 - distribute 10 to 10 762, 80 to 30 762 and 5 to 20 762 and 5 to 40 700 Both hours and dollars would need to be distributed. How do others get new and updated employee record information (name/title/supervisor/dept/etc) from Lawson to Kronos I would have expected an automated job.   We create new records in Kronos by running an ADD INs query from Lawson and then converting the results to match a Kronos upload template.  We currently maintain employee data changes in Kronos manually.  We'd like to automate this process.   Is that an option

We are currently using Lawson 9.0.0. We are planing to upgrade from 9.0.0 to 9.0.1 or 10 or 11 (not decided yet) beginning in march. As you know 9.0.0 is expiring in MAY 2016. But am afraid that we may not be able to complete the upgrade by MAY 2016. If we don't complete the upgrade, what is the impact What I want to understand is that what are our options if we are still using Lawson v900 after June 1 of this year What does it mean What do we get and do not get beyond June1

Is anyone else annoyed with the red box that appears when inquiring on PR52  Lawson added a 'Non Earnings' tab to PR52, which is great if you need it.  However, if you don't have any employees with Non Earnings, every time you inquire on PR52 and every time you page down on PR52, the red box appears.  Lawson states this is working as designed and the red box will appear if any of the 3 tabs (Wages, Deductions, Non Earnings) do not have data.  It's still very frustrating

Has anyone set up a standard external link on the portal menu in employee self service  I know we can do this on our personal portal menu in the my shortcuts area, but is it possible in the employee self service portal     We would like to put a link to some of our vendors on the list under the Benefits area.

When I run my BN297 to create the 1095-C, the BN297 shows 'Self-Insured Coverage:  X', which is what I want.  However, when I print the 1095-C, the Self-Insured coverage box in Part III is blank.  Is anyone else having this issue  I have Self-Insured 'Y' flagged for each of our medical plans on the BN15.3 and it is ulling that info into the BN297, but not populating it on the 1095-C.   PS:  I hate ACA!

Does anyone allow benefit payments (health, dental, etc) to be made outside of payroll deductions when an employee is on an unpaid leave status If so, how are those payments recorded in Lawson so that the pay stubs and W2’s show the correct annual payment amounts

Each person is given a different employee record in Lawson for each different entity they work at. An entity is loosely defined by Employer Identification Number (EIN). Background on the situation. Staff were in a PTO plan that allowed them to earn up to 1000 hours of time off. We had an LP02 plan setup with an ongoing limit that would make sure a staff member's balance did not exceed this amount when accruing more time off Recent changes have reduced that limit to 500, however staff who exceed 500 hours currently are allowed to keep those hours, but are not allowed to earn any more. I need to create a query that will pull the new and previous values in an action.  I can pull new value and I know the previous value is stored in HRHISTORY table..
