Hello, I am struggling with how to set up BN00.7
I have read the KB article 1675725 "How do I setup an ACA YE ALE Member (BN00.7)". But I am not sure what to do.
We are an ALE. We have 6 Independent (Head) EIN's. Within those 6 Independent EIN's we have 18 Dependent process levels. We have many employees within multiple process levels that cross EIN's by way of an alternate position for the W2. For us to properly report for these employees that cross EIN's for the ACA; I understand that we need to ignore the PR09 Payroll Structure and set up a benefit reporting structure (BN00.7) instead. Is that correct? We want to get to the employee level and not the EIN level. Then if that is correct; can you give any guidance on how to set up the BN00.7? Thank you!
