Currently when an employee terminates, the health and dental benefits reflect a stop date on the last day of the current month - they are covered for Health and Dental through the end of the month.
So the question I have is , if their final check is say 10/4 and health and dental come out of that pay (we are paid biweekly), is their a way in Lawson to have the additional premiums for the final pay period of the month (normally would be deducted 10/18 if they employee was active)to be included in the final check of 10/4?
Curious how folks take care of this type of scenario.
