Annual Benefit Accrual Reset

    Does anyone know if there is a speacial task to reset annual benefit accruals?  My customer says their accruals were not reset last year at year-end.  Payroll is telling her that the benefits team needs to reset accurals before the first payroll run of the year, but that's a new one to me.  Anyone have any idea what process needs to be run for this?  I thought all acrruals were reset with the PR999.  Thanks in advance for your time.

      What, exactly, does your client mean when they refer to resetting accruals? The PR999 does do the re-set for annual amounts, and there isn't any other program on the HR/PR/BN side that resets deductions. Is there anything on the financial side maybe?
