API/eTime and Attendance system

    For some reason, once in while API goes into restricted mode, which cause timeouts when running API downloads. The server team reboot the server and the problem is resolved temporarily.  We opened a ticket with API support but haven't been able to pinpoint the problem. Has anyone here have similar issues with API going into restricted mode? What could possibly be causing this?  

     

    Any suggestions/feedback would be greatly appreciated.
