Benefit Confirmations Statements

As part of our open enrollment process this year, we would like to send confirmation statements to employees via email prior to when they become effective.  We are aware of the BN245 and add-in capabilities, but we are not 100% convenienced they are secure once we bursted and email them.   What creative and secure ways have other clients distributed their confirmation statements via email?
