Blank Earnings

    Hoping someone has seen this before - I'm baffled! I have absolutely no idea how this happened, but we have an employee who received his Jan check (and it was a standard, regular pay) and had the correct net pay, however, there are no earnings associated with the payment.  If I view his data on PR50.2, all looks correct - his gross, net and deds are fine.  On PR51.1, the earnings page is totally blank.  We can't void the check - the PR141 produces an error that says the gross is negative and the net is negative.  I know we're going to have to paint his data, but I'm just looking for a reality check to ensure I'm going to hit ever table -

    If anyone has seen this before and will pat my head and say it's not that bad, I'd appreciate it!!

      we had something somewhat similar to that where earnings displayed incorrectly or not at all in PR51, which an environment patch fixed. The data was correct in the tables, just the display was corrupt. I hope your data is intact otherwise sounds like a serious issue that'll require a case with Lawson.
