WE are testing our open enrollment process for a November 1, 2015 plan year and are getting this error when updating the BN105 with new coverage records.

Error Message  Pre-tax amount is < employee contribution.

Have you seen this?   How did you work around it?

    Thanks for your help.

Did you get the error on all employees?

Every employee who did not have an OE change effective with the new plan contributions.

          Margie,

Did you make any progress on your errors? We are running into the same error message when running the BN100 for employees that had changes affecting coverage options. It appears the program is comparing the current employee contribution to the new contribution and throwing an error because they are not equal.

My case is still open. Lawson is working on it. One other thing I found is that if an employee is no longer eligible for HL at all, you can not stop the plan even on the BN32.

Do you have an incident open?

Yes, I opened an incident this morning. I received notice this afternoon that they were able to duplicate the issue and will be creating a JT.
