BN531 error "Contribution option not active"

    The BN531 returns "Contribution option not active" for all medical and dental plans.  I have verified that the plan options are active, that all of the contribution records are in place and I have verified the job def.  I would appreciate other suggestions on things I could check.  Thank you!
