BSI 9 and processing actions in PA52

    Hi - we're working on a custom program to trigger personnel actions and it tested fine in an environment with BSI 8 installed; 12000 + actions in 42 mins.  When testing in an environment with BSI 9 installed, we are seeing 11 actions process per minute.  BSI 9 messages are not giving us much info to work with.  Has anyone experienced similar issues and can you point me to a next step for troubleshooting?  Many thanks, Dave.
