The organization wants to implement clinical ladder pay which will be 5 levels with a specific % per level.
Once the employee achieves that level it will be good for a year.
We see two ways to go, one with PA20.4 and new job codes/position codes, the other is creating
new grades on PA95 for the RN schedules and build the percentages into the Grades.
There are pluses and minuses to both approaches, looking to see how others are handling this.
