Compensation Administration with Lawson

    How are others administering the compensation functions using the Lawson HR product.  We do not have any unions.

    In particular I am interested in understanding how you are ensuring that individuals are being classified correctly as exempt/non exempt.  Are you using something delivered by Lawson or is it custom?

    What other functions of compensation are being used by your organization - other than grades and schedules?

      Lawson has made great strides in this over the years. I have worked with standalone comp admin systems and they tend to be out of sync with payroll data. Now, Lawson's stock option tracking can ultimately present a "total" compensation picture, although reports stitching together the payroll, TA/LP, BN, and HR tables aren't for the faint of heart.
