Here's the issue:  (FYI, we just went live last week.)

Connecticut marital statuses are alpha codes (A-F; see attached CT-W4 form).  Lawson has a crosswalk of the equivalent numeric marital status to be used on PR13 (see KB article 548913)  This is causing much confusion when, for example, the employee is single but because the Connecticut alpha value of D (no matter what category they fall into) is mapped in Lawson to 4 which is married.  I'm trying to see if anyone else has run into this issue and how it was handled.  I guess we could remap to the alpha codes through their check printing software to match what they were used to seeing in ADP.

    Thank you so much!

Probably not a huge help to you, but we created an "alternate W4 form here" for employees since CT, GA and MS all have the same type of exemption statuses. If nothing else, it's ended that confusion for our employees (although there's plenty of other confusion around here...). Good luck!

Thank you, Stephanie. I did go ahead and enter an enhancement request with Lawson so I'll let everyone know if it's considered.
