We are changing the waiting period for an LP group. Employees hired prior to April 1 will remain in Group A and have a 60 Day waiting period. Employees hired April 1 and after will be Group B and have a 90 Day waiting period. No employees will be moving from Group A to B. So there is no need to update absense management.
Group A "Benefit Date 1" 01/01/09 to 03/31/09 (changing from 01/01/09 to 12/31/09)
Group B "Benefit Date 1" 04/01/09 to 12/31/09 (New Group)
My question is, do I need to to run a HR155 on both groups, one group (and which one), or no groups?
