    I have gotten request from my HR group that they would like to use Lawson to track all continuing education classes an employee may take after they have been hired. The information they are looking to track by individual employee would be class, institution, grade and complete date. I have not encountered this before and looking to see if anyone else is doing anything similar. In reviewing the system it looks like the only option would be to use PA20.1 to capture this information

      If you do not have the training module within the personnel system, the PA20 is your simplest bet.

        The training module TRxx forms (TR01, etc.) are a bit more robust, and probably more suited to your requirements.
