    Do you store your Employee Relations information in Lawson?  We'd like the ability to put a code in somewhere that notes the individual is on a verbal warning, written warning, final warning, etc.

      We use PA59 and PA59.2 (Steps button at the bottom of PA59).
      Our Employee Relations department is responsible for maintaining the information. We do not use it for "Grievances" that is maintained outside of Lawson.

        Our steps are:
        "Verbal", "First Written Counseling", "Second Written Counseling", "Final Written Counseling", and "Performance Improvement Plan". And the statuses for each are "Open", "In Progress" and "Completed".

          How do I add an Action to PA59? (Action is the 4th field at the top; I cannot right click > define on this field).

            From the help screen:

            The Personnel Administration system assigns a number to the action.

            The numbers start at one for each employee and type.
