ESS Benefits Enrollment

    We have a new hire trying to do her new hire enrollment and she receives this message: New Hire Enrollment in Lawson.  The error message is "You cannot use benefits enrollment. Could not find employee record". 

    I have verified the user exists in HR11 and also verified the users RM info under _employee is correct.

    Any Insight would be deeply appreciated.

      Is there an eligible group for your new hire enrollment? Is the employee in the eligible group? Do you have any exception groups? How long is the new hire enrollment open and from what date - is that date populated for the employee?

        Another quick thing to check... Have you tried deleting and recreating the user account in Resource Manager? I have had issues where a delete and recreate fixed it (not sure why it worked.)
