    Hello

I was looking for any CUE presentations on troubleshooting ESS/MSS. I have an old one from 2001 pre-portal.

Thanks. I couldn't find any on the support site.

Are you referring to troubleshooting ESS/MSS from a technical or a functional perspective? For technical issues, you'd troubleshoot just like you would for IOS/Portal, etc.

If it's functional troubleshooting you're looking for (e.g. why an employee can't change his/her direct deposit), I did see a "best practices" ESS/MSS presentation (HR07) in the CUE 2005 presentation list.

Thanks for using the LawsonGuru.com Forums!

Thanks. I can download that from the site? I did a search on CUE presentations and nothing came back. I then searched the KB for HR07 presentation but found nothing.

Help me out? My brain must be lagging behind today.

        Thanks again.

        ps

Oh, maybe they're only there if I attended CUE

          From the site:

If you attended CUE 2005 you may view and download session presentations by logging into support.lawson.com and clicking the link on the Welcome Page.

          I did not..
