Hyatt Legal Plan Help

    Hi Everyone,

    Can someone please provide details on how to set up a Hyatt Legal Plan for a flat rate per month on BN15?

    Should it be under RS with category 12?  If so, is it possible to have a flat rate per pay period instead of a maximum and minimum election required for the RS plans?

      We set-up a Hyatt Legal Plan about a year ago. 

      BN15 set-up - Main tab: RS, category 12, coverage type=1,
      contribution type = 1.  Misc tab: spending accounts, remibursement = 5.

      BN17.1 Coverage: 1 option = Employee/Family
      BN18.1 Contribution/Options amount: Calculation type=1

        HI.  I just set that up for 1/1/2013 and I also used RS, 12. 
        For the contributions, used the options, even though there was only 1 option:  Employee/Family too. 
        Sounds like Dawn and I handled it the same way.
