We are in the parallel testing phase of our conversion from Infor's M3LL Mainframe payroll system to Lawson v10 using BSI.  From the beginning we have had issues with Missouri and Ohio local payroll taxes when testing.  We have worked with both BSI and Infor but can't seem to get any answer from either party on what's wrong.  In fact, Infor has had the Ohio Lebanon issues open for almost 2 months without much response.  BSI has not been much help either.  We keep BSI up to date with Cyclic and Bulletin updates.  We applied Lawson patches as recommended.  We have done the Melissa address verification.

What we are looking for is help on how to trouble shoot ourselves.  Based on reading many posts in the LawsonGuru website many people experienced the same issue in late 2014 when converting from 9 to 10.

Does anyone have information on the best method, documentation, etc on how to get Lawson/BSI issues resolved?

    Thank, Gary

We too are having issues with Info & BSI.  We went from Lawson 9 to Infor 10 in late September 2015 and ever since we have issues with some states taxation being incorrect.  The biggest issues we have is that when we have Associates who work in one state and live in another it will not report taxable wages for both states.  BSI tells us this is a know issue with Lawson Infor has Infor10 doesn't have "taxable" wages that have "reportable" wages which creates issues.  No matter home many times we asked Infor we too get no where.  It's very frustrating.
