Lawson HR/Payroll V900 - year end and overall managed services help

    We are on Lawson HR/Payroll v900 which is going end of support this month. I would like to know what options we can get to mitigate 2016 year end close and the year-end software patch which Infor provides.

      If Infor does not extend the “Extended maintenance” you will be then considered Legacy. Which is free, however that also mean they will no longer provide new developments or new patches such as W2, 1099, new issues, etc. Not sure how will you deal with the W2 and year end. Have you approached your Infor Rep and maybe pay for your version's year end patches?

        I have also seen partners like CIBER offer legacy support and provide updates as needed as an alternative to consider.
