Maintaining both Work and Personal Email

We gather employee home e-mail addresses through ESS in what is technically the work e-mail address. The work e-mail is in the user set up screen. If that hadn't worked, we most likely would have looked to some other field to use.

If I remember correctly from last year's Inforum, in Apps 10, you will have both fields available.

I stored home email addresses in the "additional contact" form. I don't think it's available through ESS, so I think I'd store the work email on that form and use the Work email to store home email and have the employee update through ESS.

However, if Apps 10 will provide both fields, I'd wait unless an upgrade is not in the near future.

I'm fairly new to Lawson and looking for some help. I thought I had read somewhere (release notes/KB, etc.) that an additional email field was added - one for work and one for personal. We want to load work emails in Lawson but still want to maintain personal emails. We aren't using ESS as of yet (purchased but have other projects with greater importance). We are in 9.0.1.8.

I think that field is new in 10.
