Manager Self Service Job Requisitons

I would like to get information from or talk to someone that has either implemented or looked into implementing job requisitions via manager self service.  I'm interested in understanding why you did/did not implement it, what your experience has been in using it, customizations that needed to be made, and what the process flow is that you use with it.
