Our 401k BN15 setup has 4 ded codes, EE Roth and Pre-tax, and ER Match Roth and Pre-tax. Prior to converting to LSF10,if we changed one of the employee deduction amounts on BN32 (not a stop/start), the PR14 record for the employee deductions and employer deductions would be changed (not stop/started).
Since LSF10, if we change one or both of the employee deduction amounts, the Roth, Roth Match ER, and Pre-tax EE change on PR14 as before. A new Pre-tax Match ER (same deduction code) gets added on PR14 every time a change is made. We have one employee with 6 active ER match deductions (same deduction code) that are taking each payroll. No changes were made to that deduction code from LSF9 to LSF10. And, we can't enter an end date on any of the excess PR14 records, we get the error "Cannot Change Ending Date for Benefits Deduction". We have a ticket open with infor, and their answer is that IT will have to put a stop date on the records that don't have the same seq-nbr as the benefit plan in emdedmastr while Infor tries to duplicate.
