I wanted to find out how others are tracking New Jersey Equal Pay Act Data. We were asked by HR to track education years of service, Educational degree and work experience date.
For education years of service our facility is giving the employee a number such as 12 if you have a high school diploma or equivalent. 14 if you have a bachelors degree. Date field for Work experience.
I am now tracking these items using HR11 user fields. PA20 would not work for us because it does not track history. Our NJ hospitals are the only ones tracking this information.
