    How do you inactive deductions in Lawson that are no longer being used?

      The PR05 has effective dates on the More tab that can be used to indicate the effective dates of the deductions.

        I should add that the start and end dates will control whether or not the deduction is processed during payroll. It does not prevent a user from adding the deduction to an employee via PR14. If the deduction has a end date, the deduction will still be added to the employee but will reflect the end date that is entered on PR05.

          I am wondering if someone knows how to set up a Union deduction that uses the following formula for example: 2.5 x the hourly rate of the employee only when this one works. I am having trouble to get the PR05 to point at the hourly rate of the employee. I can set up a custom calculation but I am trying to see if there is another way to set this up
