PR160 Check File and TA Questions

    Pr160 Laser Check Print file for 8.1 and not sure what all the time accrual fields mean. We include beginning balances on our checks and they are incorrect, we originally thought the TA-BEG-BAL is what we needed but it didn’t work so we created a custom calculation and it is not working. Before I talk to our IT guy, I am trying to understand the file. I can’t find where the usage is listed. Is it with the earnings. If that is the case, the program will not pick up manual adjustments. Please confirm and or explain the fields listed below:

    Field Name is Time Accruals the type is Occurrences, what is this?
    I don’t see a field that states usage? What is it called? There is a YTD USAGE, but I don't see a current used.
    TA-CHK-BAL, is that the current balance?
    TA-CURR-ACCR, I assume this is the current accrual?
    TA-BEG-BAL, is that the beginning balance for the year? It is not for the pay period?
    TA-YTD-ELIG and TA-YTD-USED, Do many clients include this on their paychecks, we don’t.
