We were told by our Lawson consultant to run QN732 during the process of going live with Benefits Self Service. All was going well until we went to run Payroll.

We are not currently allowing retirement plan enrollment through Benefits Self Service (DC plans), but for some reason when we ran QN732, it created multiple DC deductions. There are so many that we cannot get them out to run payroll. We tried to run BN103 to terminate the deductions (we figured this was easier to make up and explain vs. no paycheck) but that did not work either. Our Lawson help is telling is that we did not have the correct version of the patch...AFTER the fact.

We cannot manually delete the records.

ANY ADVICE??? Do we need to terminate the plans and start over?

Have you tried remove the deduction cycles from both the bn plan and deduction? You might have to do a upload to remove the deduction cycles at the employee level as well.

I will pass that along to our payroll folks. They are on site trying to get payroll to run, and I am working remotely to try to research the issue. We have to get payroll done tonight and this has stopped the whole process so far. Very little Lawson support to this point.

Thank you...I will have them try this if they haven't already. I appreciate it!
