Please help on the following - user needs following report - I've been reading - will I get the following information from either BN320 , PR214, BN400, PR280 or PR276 - amount of deduction missed is key. Thanks in advance.

    Emp Name
    Address
    City
    State

Amount of the deduction missed, per plan (ex. $23 – Medical, $7 – Dental, etc.)

Depending on how your organization's deduction structure is set up, the data you're looking for can be obtained using the Add-ins - start with the ONETMDED table for the deductions and amounts that have been missed, then pull your ee info from the EMPLOYEE table. As long as deductions are set up to go into arrears, it's fairly simple. If you do not have them set up to go into arrears, unfortunately you may be up the proverbial creek.

if you know crystal well, create a custom report on open payments to run after final PR140 and before PR197, joining EMPLOYEE, BENEFIT, EMDEDMASTR, PAYDEDUCTN, PAYMASTR, ONETMDED to account for all benefit deductions. otherwise it will be labor intensive to csv out all those lawson reports and piece them together on excel.
