Self Service Supplemental Address

    We are in the process of implementing Self Service and I have a question about Address changes. As delivered, employee self service only allows changes to the home address, but not the supplemental address. For a lot of our employees, the supplemental address is different and there will be occasions when they need to change both addresses or just the supplemental address.

    Does anyone know how we can easily modify ESS to give the employees the option of changing both the home and supplemental addresses?

    We currently don't have design studio and are hoping to roll out ESS with minimal customization. We are on 8.0.3 both application and environment.

      Hi Ellen,

      I have done a fair number of ESS/BSS modifications, but have not done this particular one. However, it looks like it should be able to copy $WEBDIR/lawson/hrnet/empaddress.htm and call it suppaddress.htm, and then then modify this code to lookup and update the supplemental address fields. You would then create a bookmark/link to suppaddress.htm.
