Tracking Required Licenses using PA08

    I would like to start using Lawson to track required licenses. I see that you can set this up in PA08.1 (Qualifications) but am unable to figure out how to tie everything together to see which current employee's are in a job code that doesn't hold the required license or if that license is expired. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

      Have you tried running PA262, which will show you who--based on PA08--is qualified?

        Yes, I have ran PA262 which provides me a list of the qualified employee's based on PA08. What I really need to know are the employee's that do not qualify and why they don't qualify. I.e. is it because they don't hold the required license or because that license is expired.  Is that possible?

          You should be able to write a crystal report to display that information. We use the PA08 to record license/certification requirements for our positions. This then causes employees whose license has expired or those who do not have the license/cert recorded to display in the MSS Expired Competency Report.
