Hi everyone. We are a healthcare org using Lawson (v10). Our compensation team would like to have the ability to track employee years of experience in Lawson, capturing both external and internal experience with the ability to report YOS by internal/external experience and/or jobcode/position. It would need to be able to be dynamically updated as people continue to be employed internally, leave and return (a frequent occurrence), and move through different roles internally.
Has anyone implemented a tracking system like this within Lawson or using another system? Would appreciate knowing how you implemented and are tracking. The more details the better. Thank you!
