Transfer employee

    Hi!

    How can we transfer employees from one employee group to another? What's the procedure for that? Can we transfer employee to new employee group or should we just change criteria in the old group?

    Any help?

      The employee should automatically move to and from employee groups based on the criteria of the groups. You can override that by adding/excluding employees by number on HR55.2. I don't recommend manually maintaining via HR55.2 or by employee number because it is high maintenance.

      If your groups need to change, I would recommend changing criteria. I also recommend you run an HR255 before any group maintenance so you know who was in the group and can verify against the HR155 when you update the group following a criteria change.
