Inbasket PF

    Hi,

     

    I am trying to make a PF which uses captures users inbasket information. How would that be done in IPD?

        I am trying to make a flow which can access actors inbaskets and consolidate the details of the approvals pending.

          If you are doing this within a flow, then you can use the Landmark Transaction to query the pending approvals and consolidate the different user reports and send an email out to them. You aren't actually accessing the Inbasket but you are accessing the Landmark Business Classes to get your data. Other clients have done this type of reporting. However, in IPA a user can see all of their pending work in the My Work menu so this type of reporting isn't really needed. The new tools give this type of reporting now.
