ipa sending duplicate email notifications

    We have an approval process sending duplicate email notifications to all users through the User Action node.  We checked the User Configuration and confirmed the users are not duplicated in there.  Any ideas on how to stop/prevent this?

      Whenever we have problems with IPA (Rich Client), we typically perform the following:
      1. Review the entire log on the Rich Client. Not just the node you suspect.
      2. Compare the log to the flow in Designer while reading the log.
      3. Confirm any email addresses used are not part of a larger distribution list, which might produce unexpected emails
      4. If you can reproduce it, review in DEV with debug tool and email overrides to yourself and others in your group.
