I'm not sure who any of their IPA instructors are anymore. Even though each Infor instructor tweeks & customizes their material somewhat to meet their style and make their class more interesting, ALL will mainly teach you the basics of building each node in the Infor sandbox...so it doesn't matter much who you get. Going beyond what you learn and building something custom to your company is mainly trial & error and experimentation to see how much you can squeeze out of IPA...Oh, and ask questions here.

      Good luck.

We engaged our IPA installation partner's flow specialist and got personalized training focused on the types of flows we wanted to create. I would recommend this over a generic class from Infor. We used Anne Warrander from AVAAP and were very satisfied. If you use a 3rd party partner to assist you with upgrades etc, contact them and see if they have a flow person who will do a small group training. Just my .02, but I think you will get bigger bang for your buck.
