We use portal inbasket for RQ approvals in 8.03. The recsum.htm allows us to see the detail of the work unit. We are in the process of upgrading to LSF9 and 9.0 apps. In testing process flow and rq approval we cannot drill down to the work unit detail. The response we received about this issue is that the recsum.htm file does not work in 9.0 if you use the portal inbasket only with the web inbasket. If we need to see the deatils of the work unit, it would need to be built using design studio. Does this make sense or is someone using the recsum with portal inbasket. Thanks JC

Are the saying it will not work in 9.0 apps? I'm a bit confused. We are currently 8.0.3 apps / LSF9 Technology. Therefore, we are running 9.0 ProcessFlow as ProcessFlow follows your environment/technology level. We are also using the recsum.htm with some custom modifications but we do not use design studio. We did, however, have to convert the delivered recsum.htm to a 9.0 format. (We hired a Lawson consultant to help convert all of our flows and custom inbasket forms to 9.0). Oh - and we use the portal inbasket.

The issue turned out to be the recsum.htm file that came with Process Flow 9.0. Lawson provided us with a new file and it is now working.
