Sending email notifications for invoice and req Approvals (Approve button) from a User Action in  a process flow to Employee A.  (client wants to do approvals via email).  During UAT, had Employee A forward the approval email to Employee B (Employee B is not an approver).  In the forwarded email, Employee B pressed "Approve" button and the approval goes through as Employee A.  Is there any way to prevent this?

Depending upon the version of IPA that you're using, Infor added a flag on the UserAction that would require the approver to login when they performed the approval action within the email (I think it was added in v10.4). Until then, if you use the email approval function then the encrypted command function within the approval link will pass the approver's credentials in the function.

You could build your own "approve" dispatch call (you will have to figure out the syntax) and include that as a button within the email. This would require the approver to log in.
