Is there a way to not display the Task Level Work section of the inbasket? User Level Work is where our work units show up and since some staff have approximately 20 Task Level Works and only one User Level Work I would like to narrow it down for them.

Without custom coding, you would have to remove the Tasks from the users to not display the task list. How are you doing Category Filtering if you're pushing the UserAction to the User instead of the Task?

We have a great number of tasks that are just for putting on the process flow email node so that emails go out properly to staff who have that task. 99% of our user actions go to a task.

          - You can customize the Portal Inbasket display and js files
          - You can change the WFUSER Flag to No/ 0 and build custom Portal Page to render the display. You can chose to provide the link to this portal page in the email notifications.

I am not sure I understand... If you are not using "Task" level work why do you have that assigned to the users?

The benefit of adding Tasks to users outside of needing that for approvals (UserAction - Inbasket) is that you can send an email to a Task and all users with that Task will receive an email. I've done this before but those users didn't have the Inbasket enabled so they didn't see the Task within Lawson Portal.

The only time it becomes an issue is if a user has both a Task for an email and a Task for approvals. All of their Tasks are displayed in Portal.
