Process Flow to send welcome message to new employees

    We would like to send a welcome message to new employees and their supervisor a few days after their hire date.  So basically, the flow will run nightly and look at the Hire Date field for today - 2 days and send an email to the new hire and their manager.  The manager's lawson number is in the HRSUPER table, so it will have to look at that first in order to lookup the manager's email on HR11.

    Does anyone already have a similar flow they would be willing to share?  Thanks!

      We have been doing a similar email to employees for the past year to provide them with their Self-Service login information. Because of this, I'm also pulling information from Lawson SA. We are currently in the process of loading the supervisors into HRSUPER and will copy them on the e-mail as well. We run the flow once every two weeks as that timing works for the data entry period that HR performs.
