How does ProcessFlow Integrator handle an Out of Office Autoreply from MS Outlook? We would like the Autoreply to go to the email alias we have setup for the PFI Admins so we can insure a proxy is setup to cover Approvals for the person who is out. This used to happen, but stopped working some time ago and I'm not sure where to look to troubleshoot and correct. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi Steve - Maybe I'm not understanding your question, but I wouldn't think this would be a Pflow issue directly. Rather, it would depend on the "from" address that is used in the email node within the flow, and the delivery rules for that email address within your mail system.

If the flow sends email from "pfiadmin@xyz.com", then I would think the autoreply would go to that address. If that address is associated with a distribution list that includes your PFI Admins, then it should work the way you say.

Is there a chance somebody mucked with the email account and/or distribution list? If you can figure out what "from" address is being used, I'm guessing the email guru at your company can help you figure out where messages sent to that account are going so you can resolve the problem.

      Good Luck!

Sometimes a From address is defined as a Global Parameter on the Configuratrion Menu. It's a longshot but worth a quick look. It's probably more likely to be that someone mucked with the account as Woozy said (above). Also check the From address you've entered directly on the flow in Designer.
