Not sure if I should post this under security or ProcessFlow...but here goes:

In LSF9 (windows/SQL Server/8.0.3 apps) - I have created an RSSAdmin task for ProcessFlow.  I would like to give them access to the ProcessFlow admin tool (http:///bpm/menu.do) but only limit to the RSS work units.  We also use ProcessFlow in HR areas as well.  Is there a way to do this?

(should I post this under security??)

    Thanks for the input!

Try creating a bookmark with bpm/menu/workUnitBForm.do but that looks like it gives access to all Work Units. We gave people the ability to add tasks by giving them the bookmark of "/bpm/views/userTaskViewForm.do" When you hover over the text in the menu.do, you can see the address of the module at the bottom of the page.

I must have misread your initial question. Sorry.

What are you trying to accomplish - what access do you want to give your RSS administrators? If it's just a list of requisitions pending approval then you could use Design Studio to create a list of WorkUnits with a data query Portal Page.

If you want them to be able to cancel WorkUnits then include a checkbox with your data query and write the script to cancel the WorkUnits that have been selected.
