Have you confirmed that the user has WorkFlow assigned in the Lawson Security Admin?

Can you confirm a few things?
          1. You can view the supervisor inbasket, but not the workunit in it
          2. You don't have filtering turned on for this user and the task
          3. The workunit is still in the supervisor inbasket as expected

Thanks Steve...... Actually i am testing a process flow, so i have some dummy id's , I pointed them toward the user id's via security and just want to test my flow by approving/rejecting the task. Idid all the required setup in security and Pf admin tool for the same(User level setting) . But i think still i missing something
            1) Yes I can see the supervisor inbasket, I can see the user level work tab but not task level work.
            2) I turned off the filtering from the PF admin tool and i have also made work flow user as 1 via lawson security.
            3) I am working on process flow so as per its log the work unit is still in the supervisor inbasket.

I found the error, Actually in Laua they have defined test user as "Lawson1" "Lawson2" etc. When i was trying to set up the user in PF Tool, I was using "lawson1" and "lawson2" and it was not throwing any error, also when we log into portal, It is case independent so i was able to log in properly but was not able to see the Task level work as for user "Lawson1" and "Lawson2" it was not set up.
