writeattach.exe

    I'm trying to do a jQuery post to writeattach.exe and I keep getting "Parent Record Not Found".  My understanding of writeattach is that it is supposed to ADD a comment record.  Can someone take a look at my URL and let me know if I have something constructed wrong?

        I believe all of the key fields must have values.

          Had to issue an AGS POST to OE11.5 to add the "Parent Record" to file DBOEOOC then had to issue a GET to the writeattach utility to write the actual comment. Maybe I should have mentioned that these were order line comments that I am adding because comments seem to be handled differently for other applications.
