When updating our base email URL (as outlined below), the email address change is not taking in our notifications. This is in our test system. Productions is working, but we did upgrade to CU23 in test within the last couple of weeks. This CU is not in production. This may be a likely culprit, but support has not been able to help us.
Rich Client > Process Server Administrator > Configuration > System Configuration > Open or create a configuration named "system" > Email tab > Open or create a record on the Email tab > Populate the Email Actions Base URL value as desired.
We have tried to run stoplaw and run startlaw, but the change still have not taken effect.
Does anyone have any suggestions? TIA!
